Description:

The Eagle Pointe Recreation Center included the
remodel and addition to the facility, originally built in
1986. Along with redesigning and programming the
existing building, the facility was expanded and
transformed to incorporate a larger group exercise
room, a dance studio, yoga/cycling studio, small group training area, and public meeting rooms. The therapy pool feature was added onto the existing natatorium to provide additional warm water therapy programs. The exterior of the building was updated to tie the new additions together creating cohesion. The remodeled and expanded fitness floor includes cardio, free weights, selectorized and functional training areas. The cardio area includes a state of the art cardio/movie theater where exercise enthusiasts can watch movies while getting a great workout. This feature pays homage to one of the last drive-in movie theaters in Colorado.
